When will my order be dispatched?
Our processing time varies per product - we often need to order in fabrics, robes and pajamas. Please check each product for a dispatch timescale.
Can you rush my order?
We will always try and accommodate urgent orders where possible. Please get in touch, send an email. However, there may be an extra fee for this.
How much is postage?
Postage is calculated at the check out once all items are added to the cart. Postage is based on weight, and all postage is combined.
Can I change a design?
Yes, and we welcome you to do so. Please get in touch to discuss this option more.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns on personalised items, custom size cushion covers and bespoke items. All other items are refundable but please get in touch regarding returns.
